  • September 19 - October 26 | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12:30 - 1:15 pm

Class Structure

  • 5 minutes | Greetings & workout introduction
  • 5 minutes | Warm up session
  • 20 minutes | Structured resistance training (with a partner)
  • 5 minutes | Flexibility training
  • 5 minutes | Allotted for teaching time & transitions within class

Pricing

  • Members $20 per class | $240 for the 6-week session
  • Guests $25 per class | $300 for the 6-week session
  • Participants may RSVP 24 hours prior to each scheduled class
