| New Class • A Matter of Balance |
Start your weekends off strong with Bess's new class A Matter of Balance!
This is a low impact class that encompasses strategies and exercises to improve balance, strength, coordination and mobility.
Exercises will be composed of standing balance work, strength work, and seated strength work and stretching using Thera Bands and loops.

| Club Etiquette |
Here at AVAC, we pride ourselves on maintaining an active, close-knit group of staff and members who all contribute to our community!
While we do have dedicated staff to manage everything from janitorial services to member check-in, we also rely on you as members to please keep in mind the following:
- Limit cell phone use on the fit floor, and refrain from use in the locker rooms
- Wear proper athletic shoes on the fit floor
- Drive slowly and be mindful of other families and children in our parking lots
- Rinse off before entering the locker room and outdoor hot tubs
- Be aware of general cleanliness such as disposing of your garbage accordingly, wiping down machines when done using, etc
