Announcing a brand new Sunday class to the Group Fitness Schedule lineup! Basic Yoga with Erika Palmquist-Smith Sundays at 10:10 am (beginning March 12)Yoga is a wonderful way to gain strength and flexibility, as well as reduce the effects of stress. Teacher Erika Palmquist Smith (RYT-200) will guide you through healthy alignment of many of the basic postures, as well as introduce basic flows and breathing practices. This class is appropriate for ANY beginner, and is the perfect start to developing your yoga practice." Class will last 60 -75 minutes depending on participants needs. Questions?
